l  1. merespon makna dalam percakapan transaksional ( to get things done ) dan interpersonal ( bersosialisasi ) resmi dan berlanjut ( sustained ) yang menggunakan ragam bahasa lisan secara akurat, lancar dan berterima dalam konteks kehidupan sehari hari dan melibatkan tindak tutur : menyatakan sikap terhadap sesuatu, menyatakan perasaan cinta, dan menyatakan perasaan sedih.
l  2. merespon makna dalam percakapan  transaksional  ( to get things done ) dan interpersonal ( bersosialisasi ) resmi dan berlanjut ( sustained ) yang menggunakan ragam bahasa lisan secara akurat, lancar dan berterima dalam konteks kehidupan sehari hari dan melibatkan tindak tutur : menyatakan perasaan malu, menyatakan perasaan marah, dan menyatakan perasaan jengkel.

Surya : Hi, Ratna. Why do you look sad?

Principle in language testing
·         Practicality
There is short discussion so easy to make the question.
·         Authenticity
There is an expression sad that ratna was reported that 89 out of 1000 babies died in Tajikistan.
·         Reliabilty
Consistence because it based on the conversation.
·         Validity
This question is valid because this is suitable with the object
·         Washback
The students might be wrong because of the same pronounciation but defferent of word.

1.1  merespon makna dalam teks fungsional pendek  (misalnya banner, poster, pamphlet, dll.) resmi dan tidak resmi yang menggunakan ragam bahasa tulis secara akurat , lancar, dan berterima dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari dan untuk mengakses ilmu pengetahuan.
1.2  Merespon makna dan langkah retorika dalam esssay yang menggunakan ragam bahaa tulis secara akurat, lancar dan berterima dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari dan untuk mengakses ilmu pengetahuan dalam teks berbentuk narrative, spoof, dan hortatori eksposition.

Rearrange the jumbled paragraph below into a good paragraph!

One day after  after trying for many hours to make the bird say catano, the man got very, very angry. He picked up the bird and threw him into the chicken house. “ you are more stupid than the chickens. Soon i will it you, too”
A man in Puerto Rico had a wonderful parrot. There was no other parrot like him. He was very smart. This parrot would say any word-except one. He would not say the name of the town where he was born. The name of the town was Catano.
The next day the man comeback to the chicken house. He oppened the door and stopped. He was very surprised at what he saw! He saw three dead chickens on the floor. The parrot was screaming at the fourth chicken , “say Cattano, or i kill you!”
One day after trying for many hours to make the bird say Cattano, the man got very, very angry. He picked up the bird and threw him into the chicken house. “you aye more stupid than the chickens, soon i will eat you too.”
In the chicken’s house there were our old chickens. The man put the parrot in the chicken house and left.



Evaluation

Principle in language testing

No practicali because not easy to make and check.
·         Authenticity
There is no authentic.
·         Reliabilty
Not Consistence because the student has different thought.
·         Validity
This question is not valid.
·         Washback
The students might be wrong when arrangement because the student migh be have different answer.
